Numerous U.S. health care educational institutions now need a passing score about the USMLE Action 2 examination previous to graduation. It is also recommended that students take the test immediately after finishing all primary clinical clerkships. If the exam was hand-written, it was only offered twice every year, but since the test is computerized college students can basically get it anytime in the course of their fourth year.
